Minimize Line Stops Across Your Portfolio
BE-FILL is designed for beverage manufacturers and co-packers managing a broader beverage mix. Its valve technology, changeover features and filler design help balance flexibility with product quality, minimal product loss, and higher throughput.

Fast Changeovers
Automatic height adjustment, quick body changes , and compatibility with 200-206 ends without changeovers help shorten transitions.

Reduce Product Loss
The bowless design removes the product bowl found on traditional fillers, reducing the amount of product that remains in the system between recipes.

Simplify Cleaning
Start-up support for new and pre-owned equipment

Cold and Hot Fill
2 to 18°C for beer and carbonated products, and hot-fill up to 90°C on the same platform.

Run More Can Formats
Slim, sleek and standard can bodies with 200 and 202 ends as standard, and 200/206 available as an option.

Liquid nitrogen dosing supports shelf life and can rigidity where the product and package call for it.

Keep the Line Running
A mechanical safety cam helps keep production running when compressed-air pressure drops.

One Platform.
Three Valve Options.
A diverse beverage portfolio places distinct demands on the filling process. Oxygen-sensitive products require minimized oxygen pickup, carbonated beverages require controlled pressure to manage foaming and CO₂ retention, and hot-fill products require recirculation to maintain temperature. BE-FILL addresses these requirements through three purpose-built valve families, each engineered for a specific filling process.
All three eliminate external pneumatic connections, which means fewer parts to remove for cleaning.
B - Sensitive products
Control oxygen during filling.
Dual-channel flushing helps minimize DO and TPO while reducing CO₂ consumption for beer, wine and other oxygen-sensitive products.
S - Carbonated products
Dedicated filling for CSD applications.
A single-channel, two-actuator valve is designed for CSD products, including energy drinks and hard seltzers.
H - Hot fill + carbonated
Run both product types on one platform.
Internal recirculation enables carbonated and hot-fill products to run on the same platform, reducing the need for separate dedicated filling systems or significant line reconfiguration.
